Production Associate- No Nights and No Weekends!

The Position: We’re currently looking for a Production Associate in our La Crosse Wisconsin location. The pay for this position is $14.00 with annual pay increases.

Requirements:

· Job may require standing or sitting for full shift.

· Ability to keep up with moderate speed lines.

· Manual dexterity required, exposure to arm and wrist fatigue.

· Job may require use of automatic baggers, blister packaging, air tools for screwing and buffing, heat sealing, shrink wrapping, weigh counting parts, pallet wrapping, and moving devices.

· Ability to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

· Read and process detailed written orders, may communicate these to other team members as requested.

· Practice safety awareness while on the job to reduce risk of injury to self or others.

· Visually inspects products for defects, setting aside defective items and identify as instructed.

· Assist in keeping accurate records of production and hours on the job.
