THESE ARE THE PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST PASS THESE REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED: - WOUND VAC EXPERIENCE, PICC LINE EXPERIENCE, OSTOMY CARE EXPERIENCE AND CATHETER CARE EXPERIENCE
Education: Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and completion of a nursing program from an accredited institution.
Experience: Prior experience in home health or a related field is preferred.
Compassion: Demonstrated empathy, sensitivity, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective patient and family interaction.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to different home environments while ensuring patient safety.
Ethical Conduct: High ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality, and respecting their autonomy.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other healthcare software.
