About Us:
Pay It Forward is a dedicated partner in bridging the gap between underserved communities and essential resources. We focus on providing critical support in areas such as communication and healthcare access, empowering individuals to overcome hardships and rebuild their lives. We are currently seeking a Community Liaison to help facilitate our partnership with local organizations to offer two key services:
1. Free Lifeline Cell Phones - Helping individuals stay connected to family, jobs, and essential services.
2. Affordable Care Act (ACA) Healthcare Access - Assisting eligible individuals with access to quality healthcare coverage.
Role Overview:
As a Community Liaison, you will serve as a key point of contact between Pay It Forward and the community. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that community members can easily access and benefit from these vital programs. You will be equipped with all necessary tools and resources, and receive training to make implementation simple and impactful.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate access to the Lifeline Cell Phone Program and ACA Healthcare services.
Support community members in navigating the process of accessing these essential services.
Collaborate closely with Pay It Forward to ensure program effectiveness and ease of use.
Provide ongoing feedback to help improve the process and service delivery.
