" Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
" Strong knowledge in recruiting activities
" Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks at one time
" Basic knowledge of local regulatory compliance and local employment law preferred
" Strong experience within applicant tracking systems (i.e., Workday)
" Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.
