Location: Oakland, CA
Duration: 13 months (2024-07-08 to 2025-07-31)

Description:
Responsible for the creative development, implementation and ongoing support of customer marketing initiatives.
This role will work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Law, Marketing and other internal stakeholders, to develop an end-to-end communications strategy to help achieve the program goals.
Responsible for writing and executing creative briefs in partnership external vendors to manage, design, and execute multi-channel communications including web/digital, direct mail and owned assets
Provide Marketing Strategy and work with customer research groups to evaluate effectiveness of communications, customer awareness (recall) and understand brand favorability.
Provide communications consulting, strategy development and implementation services to assigned internal clients.
Manage day-to-day aspects of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget� Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design or related discipline.
5-7 years experience in a creative marketing role in a corporate environment and/or creative/advertising agency executing multi- channel marketing communications campaigns.
Experience using qualitative and quantitative consumer research to drive communications strategies.
Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects of moderate to complex scope.
Excellent communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders/internal clients, agencies and tailor messages appropriate to target audience.
Solid judgment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
