Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27107
Duration: 0-4 Months (Possible Extension)
Hours: 7am - 3pm Mon - Fri
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour on W2
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Repair and maintain plumbing and electrical systems
· Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair of facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems
· Use a variety of hand and power tools without supervision
· Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operation
· Comply with all safety procedures and requirements
· Maintain compliance to City, County, State ordinances and codes
· Support emergency and afterhours building needs
· Assist with cleaning, remodeling of spaces as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
