Varo’s Operations Content Team is looking for somebody who will bring their technical writing skills and creative personality to help us build engaging and easy-to-understand employee and customer-facing material, focusing on our products and back-end technical processes.
The ability to boil down complex information into easy-to-understand instructions is key to this role, as is a passion for working cooperatively with a variety of different departments and roles to come up with creative solutions, while being able to independently develop and drive projects. As our Content Manager, you’ll communicate our policies and procedures to all Operations employees to ensure our content reflects Varo’s values, brand, and compliance requirements. Yay!

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Per applicable law, the salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors as well as candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the identified range.Full Time
