Duties:
- Assist the general manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high quality food production and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Manage the point of sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate catering orders and ensure timely delivery and setup
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train and develop team members to maintain a high standard of service
- Collaborate with the manager to create and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Experience in kitchen management, including food preparation, cooking, and safety protocols
- Ability to manage a team effectively and provide guidance and support
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory management and ordering processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
