• Worksite Location: Salem, Oregon - Hybrid
• Compensation: $110,000 - 120,000 | Bonus Eligible

What you’ll do as the Account Executive:

• Manage all client-required services and maintain client relationships with minimal input from Producers
• Manage mid-market book of business through the direction of employees on the service team
• Receive and develop new business leads from Producers or identify and develop cross-sell opportunities
• Act as the direct point of contact for a client from the time of lead
• Prepare and present to client renewal analysis
• Promote to clients other services offered by our agency by way of preparing Producer Service Proposals
• Provide analysis and recommendations concerning the client's existing coverage
• Select carriers for solicitation and negotiates with carriers for benefit and premium considerations
• Receive and respond to client inquiries including benefit and claim questions and issues

What you’ll bring to the Account Executive role:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8 years of related work experience
• Valid insurance license
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills
• Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
• Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
