Position

Paynada is looking for passionate, purposeful, and highly motivated District Managers (DM's) who will contribute to the revenue growth of the organization by bringing in new business. We are looking for leaders who are driven and looking for unlimited earning opportunities and establishing a long-term career with us.

Excellent opportunity to join a leading, national credit card processing company that has over a decade of industry experience. Paynada offers innovative payment processing solutions to merchants. Paynada has put together a comprehensive package of products and services. Paynada delivers a consultative approach on the best platforms and equipment most suitable for each merchant.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit Client Executives and Territory Managers in your territory
  • Train, develop, motivate and manage your direct reports.
  • Analyze prospects and clients information through our consultative sales approach
  • Recommend both merchant services and technology to meet your client's needs

Compensation

This is a W-2 position with uncapped earning potential and competitive commissions. We do offer a salary for the Division Manager role with a range of $70,000 - 90,000 per year with the opportunity to earn even more via uncapped commissions earned on what you sell and overrides for what your team sells. Our successful division managers can earn in excess of $150,000 with our multiple revenue stream compensation package.

Skills

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of RECENT business-to-business (B2B) cold calling, networking, and closing experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 3 years of RECENT Merchant Processing industry experience is a MUST
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting and interviewing team members
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed
  • Proven outside sales experience with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
