Sales Assistant

Overview:

Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Assistant and play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts. We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about sales, customer service, and business development. As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships.

Varto Technologies is a leading audio, video, digital media and live broadcast solutions provider. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, making proposals, and working with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets

-Respond to customer inquiries, provide customer support, and address concerns

-Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team

-Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities

- Utilize technology sales tools, including QuickBooks, to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

- Participate in negotiations with clients to secure deals and drive revenue growth

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for customer service and building relationships
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
