Schedule: Full-time, 7am-5:30pm Mon.-Thurs.

What You Will Do

• Accurately schedule appointments based on patients’ need and clinic availability
• Asses and coordinate our patient’s follow up plans, post-op instructions, and patient callbacks.
• Effectively communicate with our patients and staff through phone, email, and chat.
• Obtain patient demographic and insurance information and accept payments.
• Navigate our electronic medical records system

Basic Qualifications

· Attention to detail

· Customer service experience with a desire to assist

· Strong computer skills

· Ability to multitask

· Welcoming attitude to all patients

· High school education or equivalent

Preferred

· The qualified professional we seek would have experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting.
