Executive Tech Support Specialist - Looking for a VIP/C-Suite Tech support resource.
This person will interact with Mgmt [ CFO/COO ETC]
Experience with AV equipment
Interoperability/SIP service provider used?
Experiences with TEAMs, ZOOM, WebEx, GoTo meeting management – scheduling, troubleshooting?
Experience with iPhones, Android – troubleshooting, etc.?
Experience with OneDrive, synch with Desktop.
Job Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior support experience with ‘C’ Suite leadership team
Expert technology knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Mac OS Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Networking
(LAN, WAN, Wireless), Mobile technology (iOS, Android)
Network certification is a plus (Cisco)
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is a plus
Apple Certified Professional (ACSP) is a plus
5 years’ experience in a technical support position
Excellent Customer Service and problem-solving skills are required
This individual must be able to work in a team environment and make positive contributions to the organization
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours (on-call) to assist executive team with any/all tech needs
