Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of experience in electrical, solar, and prototype assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with electrical assembly tools (soldering irons, oscilloscopes, multimeters).
• Familiarity with electrical testing methodologies and equipment calibration procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., Inventor) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the assembly and testing of electrical AC/DC products, including solar panels, control components, and LED lights.
• Develop and maintain wiring schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Build prototype transit shelters and accessories, following work instructions and design requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide input on design for manufacturability and ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop assembly procedures, work instructions, and test protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug electrical and solar products, resolving issues promptly.
• Manage prototype inventory, ensuring availability of necessary components and materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the assembly process for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Occasionally travel to client sites within the U.S. as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
