Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Director of Clinical Operations to oversee our organization's daily operations and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing staff, implementing strategies, and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
- Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Monitor performance with key metrics.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans.
- Maintain safe work environments.

Experience:

- Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position.
- Strong Clinical background in managing operations within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring systems and critical care procedures.
- Understanding of physiology, anatomy, and home care services.
- Experience in nurse management and shift management.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
