Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish

- Develop and maintain project schedules

- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers

- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise

- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics

- Utilize construction management software for project tracking

- Conduct budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management

- Implement project quality control measures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

- Proven experience in site supervision or construction management

- Proficiency in Procore

- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Knowledge of project scheduling and coordination
