VaxCare’s Automation Team is focused on maximizing efficiency across the company through automation. Our goals as a team are centered around improving the degree of efficiency, reducing manual effort, and optimizing process flow for maximum ROI. We evaluate processes to reduce redundancy and improve speed and quality through robotic process automation. As a result, we play an important part in the company’s rapid growth!

We are searching for someone who is passionate about projects and problem solving. In this role, the ideal candidate will play a critical role overseeing the operational elements of the automation team, ensuring that processes are completed on schedule, validating output of automated processes, and submitting maintenance requests based on research and collaboration with team members across the organization.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

• Update and review RPA bot schedules based on volume and demand
• Review run time logs, failure logs, and exception notices in production control room and research next steps to resolve issues
• Update server mapping files needed for production-based runs
• Update bot packages for production-based bots & test to ensure no interruption to schedule
• Complete pre and post prep for Automation Run including creating files, running queries, reviewing output for completion, and QA
• Create maintenance and bug tickets based on exception notices
• Complete simple maintenance activities such as credential updates and two factor prompts
• Monitor operational metrics of bots for optimization and efficiency

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excel Proficient
• Basic SQL Knowledge
• 3 years prior experience with RPA platform preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience setting priorities and overseeing multiple operational tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience working in a very fast paced environment
