Job Description
We seek a strategic and results-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a collaborative individual to create engaging content that enhances our brand presence.

Content Creation and Management
- Create engaging, consistent video and photo content for the brand’s Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Develop visual content for paid media campaigns, ensuring alignment with our paid media agency’s requests, deadlines, and preferred formatting.
- Generate video or photo content for our Amazon feed presence as requested, adhering to Amazon’s deadlines for content submissions.
- Scheduling approved content pieces to their respective channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for social media and other marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media and industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Creativity, new ideas, and innovation are welcome and encouraged.
Community Management
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activities to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
- Ensure all communications from brand accounts represent the brand’s voice and tone on all public forums.

- Analyze community trends to inform future innovation to the brand’s social media platforms.
- Monitor feedback from customers through online reviews and social media outlets and report findings to the team regularly.
- Assist in assembling DTC brand emails as needed. This includes adding images, adding alt text to images, testing links for accuracy, and scheduling.
- Assist in creating monthly newsletters sent to our Pro community.
- Taking on various marketing tasks where required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
Experience
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media content across multiple platforms
Skills
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Sprout Social, Bynder, and Yotpo. (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively complete projects in a timely manner.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
