Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors
- Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care strategies
- Utilize telehealth technologies for remote patient consultations
- Specialize in dementia care, critical care, and various medical procedures such as laboratory work, venipuncture, IV insertion, catheter care, and operating room (OR) procedures

Requirements:

- Current valid Family Nurse Practitioner license
- Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center is preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Strong understanding of telehealth practices
- Ability to perform laboratory work and interpret results accurately
- Skilled in venipuncture, IV insertion, catheter care, and OR procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
