Job Role : Conversational AI Architect (Kore.AI)

Location : Camden, PA or Concord, NC (3 Days/ Week in client office is a MUST)

Duration : Full-Time Permanent role

**Job Description:**

• As an Enterprise Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of solutions using the Kore.AI platform.
• Your role will involve translating functional requirements into technical architecture, and designing integrations with various systems.

**Qualifications:**

- Over 10 years of experience in building large-scale enterprise applications.

- At least 5 years of experience integrating Cloud/SaaS solutions with legacy or on-premise systems.

**Must-Have Skills:**

- Experience with Contact Center applications using Kore.ai, Genesys, Nice, or similar platforms.

- Expertise in scaling and optimizing large systems and web applications.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Skills in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Redis/MongoDB, and WebSockets.

- Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services.

- Familiarity with AI, NLP, ML, and chatbots.
