Required Skills

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position can also be work from anywhere in USA EST time zone. The position may require travel.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Good understanding and experience on FHIR in Healthcare domain.

Experience in Data Analysis, Claims, Medical.

Extensive expertise in environment management issue resolution and an excellent working knowledge of continuous deployment and integration and test-driven development tools.

Preferred Skills

At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.

At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.

At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.

At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies.

Planning and Co-ordination skills.

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design.

Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.
