QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have Experience with :
Sales – Medical Devices, Life sciences & Pharma
- BE/MBA with at least the last 12 to 15 years selling ‘Engineering services’ in Medical Devices & Pharma Engineering services to Fortune 500 customers
- Should have handled a portfolio of accounts and above and has experience in delivering services
- Strong track record in acquiring new customer logos and managing growth of existing clients with strong negotiation skills, including advanced sales knowledge
- Must be comfortable working with senior management as well as articulating strategy, solutions, and services
- Analytical and negotiation skills, ability to synthesize complex technical, business, and legal issues to apply that knowledge at solving problems and executing action plans.
- Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, new technologies & business models
- Experience in all facets of business development from generating leads to closing a sale
