KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project lifecycle.
• Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to project managers, owners, sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion.
• Determine frequency and content of status reports from project managers, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas/mitigate project risks.
• Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfill objectives and satisfy project requirements and strategy
• Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy
• Coordinate and facilitate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables
• Manage projects within established scope and schedule
• Facilitate and lead effective project meetings and workshops, support the development of resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity.

TEAM

• Reports to Sr. VDO/PMO Manager
• Build and lead of IT professionals, including infrastructure engineers, security analysts, and other technical staff.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Ability to facilitate between business groups and technology departments.
• Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Tenacious and action oriented with an infectious sense of urgency
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
• Minimum 10 years of effective project management experience
• Proficient knowledge and application of disciplined project management processes
• Operational excellence or Lean experience a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and level of accuracy
• Strong written / oral communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• High proficiency with the use of google suite and MS Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Sharepoint (or similar collaboration system), scripting experience a plus.
• Ability to identify issues requiring appropriate escalation
• Proven ability to create strong working relationships with respect to cultural diversity and working styles
• Demonstrated ability to organize, lead, and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans; demonstrated ability to drive for results and manage projects
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing environments
• Must be willing to work flexible hours to accommodate global project teams
