VCA Sheeler Road Animal Hospital is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our General Practice team full time!

We are an AAHA-accredited, full-service hospital located in Apopka, just northwest of Orlando, FL. We see a variety of patients including dogs, cats, birds, pockets pets, and reptiles. Our team shares a passion for caring for pets and a strong understanding of the human-animal bond.

We are open Monday through Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm, and closed on Sundays.

General Practice Service Duties:

  • Anesthesia monitoring
  • Collecting patient histories & physical exams
  • Venipuncture / IVC placement
  • Working towards a Hands Free Radiology program (Associate safety a top priority)
  • Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
  • Providing compassionate care for all patients

Compensation: Dependent on skill set, experience, and licensure status (CVT, VTS, CVPM)
