COMMUNITY MANAGER
Location: New York City (hybrid/ in-office 3x/week)
THE BIG PICTURE:
The VCCP Partnership is an integrated communications agency set up in 2002 by Charles (V), Rooney (C), Adrian (C) and Ian (P), who founded the agency on the principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration around ideas rather than channels. Their founding client was BT Cellnet, now more commonly known as O2 and the most awarded brand in IPA effectiveness history.
Since then, the agency has grown to have offices all over the world. In the US we are located in New York with clients based all around the country.
We work with a broad spectrum of clients such as White Claw, Tate’s Cookies, Audi, and T-Mobile. Our work transcends the marketing mix, leading everything from social media or launch campaigns.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role of the Community Manager is not merely operational but also strategic, playing a key role in shaping a brand’s personality. The Community Manager serves as the link between and brand and its audience. Responsible for cultivating a positive brand image, fostering customer loyalty, and managing the brand’s online presence across various social media channels. In essence, the Community Manager is the voice of the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and working tirelessly to build a strong, engaged community. By fostering connections within the community and facilitating communication with the internal team to successfully manage the social media presence, using insights and learning to inform and curate content while coordinating with the brand team to ensure a consistent message across all mediums.
