Job Responsibilities

• Primary skill should be IBM Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) ,
• Design and build experience with Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management)
• Building and testing of calculations
• Data stores
• Presenter reports
• Portal Access
• Working with business users to facilitate and compile test scripts, test cases and overall testing plans.
• Presenting solutions that are consistent with the architecture and the design of the ICM application.
• Discover appropriate business requirements and design the solution using best in class techniques.
• Demonstrate experience with analyzing data for forecasting, incentive plan modeling, software defect and root cause detection.
• Practical hands-on experience with the following languages and front-end technologies: SQL, Excel, Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes.
