- Scheduling daily jobs & dispatching qualified crews to customers.
- Responsible for monitoring daily scheduling at customer locations.
- Review and complete the order process, prepare schedules for all tasks.
- Responsible for implementing Federal, State, and local rules and regulations.
- Ensure the overall customer experience and service exceeds company standards.
- Plan and assign personnel to maximize productivity, profitability, and customer service.
- Anticipate, identify, prioritize and resolve/eliminate problems through effective delivery, planning and scheduling.
- Forecast and project personnel needs based on Sales & Supervision backlog, recent or prior sales.
- Performs daily, weekly & monthly planning activities and coordinates assignments.
- Handle administrative paperwork and computer entry duties.
- Tracking of Daily, Weekly & Monthly hours of service.
- Scheduling and documentation of Time off Request, Scheduled & Non-Scheduled attendance.
- Maximize customer service and company profits through effective management of company assets.
- Dispatch Software Experience (Equipment Utilization, Excel)
- Experience or knowledge of Service & Track management tools.
- Experience in Paycor, Payroll & Employee Hours of Service.
- New Hire enrolling & orientations scheduling.
- Consumable ordering & PPE purchases
- Equipment Rentals Ordering & Scheduling as requested by Supervision & Operations.
- Daily Tracking of Field Tickets, & Preliminary pricing of Field Tickets.
- Industrial Services dispatching experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills.
- Maximize customer service and company profits through effective management of equipment inventories, Equipment Operators, Technicians, and consumables conservations.
- Demonstrates effective problem solving/analytical skills and pays attention to details.

- Expected Schedule; 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, some weekend work anticipated during peak outage seasons.
