Position Summary Vector Media is searching for highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Project Manager to join our operations team. The Operation Project Manager will report to Senior Director of Production Services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager and proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This role will focus on managing new initiatives, new inventory and special projects, including specialty advertising campaigns such as bus shelter build-outs and station dominations. The ideal candidate will interface with internal teams, business partners and subcontractors to ensure all stakeholders are aligned with deadlines, understand their responsibilities, and follow through on deliverables. This position will require regular travel and occasional work on nights and weekends.
Pay Range Details: $70,000- $80,000
The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

What You'll Bring: - Strong project management skills and 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in advertising, production or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and project management tools
- Open-mindedness for tackling challenges
- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Sense of urgency and standard to all day-to-day tasks
- High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential information.
- Familiarity with advertising production processes, including large format printing and installation is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
What You'll Do: - Lead, manage and develop specialty advertising campaigns and products, including bus shelter build-outs, station dominations, and other unique projects.
- Travel to markets as needed to develop products and/or oversee projects.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aware of their deadlines, understand their responsibilities, and are following through on deliverables and facilitate clear and timely communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints and identify and address any issues or roadblocks promptly to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on project status to stakeholders and leadership and maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and progress reports.
- Work towards continuous improvement by recognizing opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for project management.
