IntroductionOne of our clients is currently looking for a Cyber Security Project Manager with experience in the field of IT security awareness, to support the team in the design and delivery of the client IT Security Awareness programme .
Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required
- S olid knowledge and experience on IT security awareness ;
- Project management capabilities ;
- Experience or interest in working in multicultural environments ;
- A bility to :
- Work autonomously ;
- Interact in front of a wider audience ;
- Curiosity and willingness to learn ;
- Excellent English speaking and written skills .
- Drafting on a regular basis Intranet announcements addressed to client staff, in a non-technical language, to describe the latest cybersecurity threats and provide recommendations on how to protect data and prevent/report attacks ;
- Design ing , prepar ing , and deliver ing activities for the Cybersecurity Awareness month (October) such as webinars, onsite demos, games, info sessions , etc. (t he activity covers the entire preparation of the event, from logistics to graphical material and content definition );
- Defin ing IT security awareness campaigns for specific user groups (such as IT admins, Security Awareness Ambassadors, high risk profiles, etc.) and specific topics (i.e. business travels, device security, etc.) as well as prioritising the topics to be covered in the awareness campaigns ;
- Revamping the current mandatory e-learning courses on IT security and remote working ;
- Prepar ing awareness materials for workshops on specific topics (such as social engineering) ;
- Preparing the agenda and material for workshops with various internal and external stakeholders (including drafting minutes) ;
- Running regular phishing exercises, from the ideation of the scenario to the analysis of results ;
- Preparing possible integration and usage of a phishing simulation tool .
