Responsibilities
- What You'll Do
- In this position, the candidate will be responsible for utilize technical knowledge and experience managing and maintaining multiple enclaves in a heterogeneous environment. Providing oversight on the operations and maintenance of multiple Baseline (PL-1) through Cross Domain Solution (PL-4) networks in accordance with RMF.
- Key Responsibilities
- The Senior Systems Administrator will have working knowledge and experience involving the following systems and processes:
- Install, configure, maintain, and administer both a physical and virtual Linux and Windows based server/client infrastructure.
- The Senior Systems Administrator will have working knowledge and experience involving the following systems and processes:
- Education
- Must possess a high school diploma (Required).
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Information Systems, Cyber Security (Desired).
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT II requirements.
- Experience
- Experience working within an enhanced security environment.
- Experience with SharePoint infrastructure and Internet Information Server (IIS).
- Familiarity with PL-1 - 4 secure systems/networks, Windows.
- Experience administering Linux/UNIX based systems.
- Background managing Microsoft Servers based environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server technology.
- Experience developing and implementing technical strategies, systems integration, and technology insertion into existing production environments.
- Experience performing software and platform integration, and technical applications testing, configuration, and deployment.
- Ability to conduct vulnerability assessments using ACAS, Defense information Systems Agency (DISA) STIGs, and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)
- Must have proven leadership experience by having managed mid-scale IT projects involving technical IT solutions
- 5 years experience administering Windows-Based servers
- 3 years experience administering Linux/UNIX based servers.
- Other Requirements
- Work will be conducted on-site and in secured spaces.
- This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Must be SCI eligible.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
