• The Fusion Talent Management Specialist implements and supports Oracle Fusion Talent Management solutions to enhance employee performance, development, and engagement.
• They ensure the alignment of talent management processes with business goals.
• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules.Customize talent management solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Analyze and optimize performance management, learning, and succession planning processes.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Talent Management systems.Train and support users in effective use of talent management tools.

Qualifications:
