Title: Infrastructure Program Manager
Duration: 12 Months Contract with Possible extension
Location: 100% remote role
Desired Expertise:
- Ensure that all requirements and timelines are successfully met.
- VMware Virtualization & VDI exp a must.
- Planning the Project activities and coordinating staffing needs.
- Data Center, Network, LAN, WAN.
- Agile.
- Manage and report on the budget.
- Manage expectations throughout the project.
- Provides communication throughout the project and across the project.
- teams (e.g. leads meetings, weekly status updates).
- Identifying and actively managing the project interdependencies.
- Provide leadership throughout each of phase the project.
- Regular reporting to senior management on progress and performance.
- Creates communication content and reporting material (e.g. PowerPoint slides, excel, Visio documents).
- Conducts analysis and other activities to support the program manager.
- Ensures each project team has all of the resources necessary to meet the labor and material demands of the schedule.
- Oversee the activities associated with specific work streams.
- Responsible for the outcomes as defined in the CWA, schedule, technicians, execution plan, and all deliverables.
