We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Management in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the bakery.
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to bakery standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Help maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Help coordinate and execute special events and promotions.
• Support the Management in implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Assist manage the day-to-day operation of our Shopify e-commerce store, ensuring its functionality, performance, and security.
• Proven experience in managing and customizing Shopify e-commerce stores.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of vegan products and a passion for plant-based cuisine is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in management or hospitality is a plus.
