Job DescriptionThe Commercial Vehicle Inspection Group (CVIG) is a nationwide truck, trailer and equipment inspection company and we provide our services to some of the largest corporations in North America.
CVIG is currently looking for a Diesel Technician to perform truck, trailer and equipment inspections in Kansas City, MO and other parts of the state on a part-time basis. This could develop into a full-time position for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience as a Diesel Technician and have a strong knowledge of truck, trailer and equipment maintenance. The Diesel Technician will be computer literate, be able to travel, work well independently and have strong communication skills.
CVIG offers a very competitive rate per inspection and all travel and other expenses are reimbursed. We supply any equipment needed to do the job and extensive training is provided. CVIG is experiencing strong growth and CVIG inspectors will participate in a profit-sharing plan in 2024.
