About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Growth & Revenue Operations (Aftermarket division) to join our team and lead our revenue operations function. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of the Aftermarket division, the Director of Growth Operations will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue generation processes, driving efficiency, and maximizing revenue growth while providing actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership and the executive team.

The ideal candidate can work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders and loves to create and improve sales processes to deliver a simple, organized, scalable, and repeatable revenue experience. Your ability to understand and drive high velocity sales motions, metrics, & revenue bookings while adding strategic value to processes & technology supported by insights will be paramount. What You’ll Do:

  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue, such as go-to-market strategies, tactics to streamline the customer lifecycle, and potential sales process improvements.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to insure account executives have appropriate and value additive salesforce dashboards to manage their day, week, month, & quarter.
  • Work in close partnership with the divisional sales leadership team on goal attainment, insights, and course correction actions where necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end revenue generation process, from lead generation to deal closure and beyond, leveraging Salesforce and other relevant tools.
  • Contribute to the prioritization and execution of the Revenue Operations technology roadmap for Vehlo to enable timely execution and alignment to strategic business goals as division bookings attainment, sales representative quota attainment, and conversion targets within the sales funnel.
  • Lead the monthly/quarterly/annual sales enablement roadmap and delivery for the division.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales enablement including sales training, tools, and resources.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate revenue operations on revenue technology enhancements that improve and accelerate the lead to win conversion cycle.
  • Lead the monthly and quarterly go-to-market & business review cycle for the division.
  • In partnership with the EVP, CRO, and division sales leadership, evolve and improve all sales KPI reporting.
  • Utilize data-driven insights from Salesforce and other Vehlo revenue systems to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the divisional revenue generation engine.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales productivity, enhance lead quality, and accelerate deal velocity through Salesforce automation and process optimization.
  • Deep understanding of sales, customer success, and renewal operations, including various sales methodologies (including BANT, CHALLENGER, MEDDPICC, ADKAR, and/or similar)
  • Play a key role in divisional compensation plan design, administration, and optimization ensuring alignment to strategic business objectives.
  • In partnership with sales leadership, construct territory coverage plans that maximizes market penetration efforts via inbound, outbound, inside, & field account executives.

What You’ll Need:

  • 7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the SaaS industry, with extensive experience working with Salesforce and connected revenue technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in history in leading revenue operations in a high volume high velocity setting
  • Proven track record of success in optimizing revenue generation processes and driving revenue growth through Salesforce implementation and management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools, with proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans within Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence within Salesforce, Marketo, and other revenue technology platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
