Friendly vascular surgery office looking for an outgoing Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Monday-Friday 8a-5p. Paid Holidays, no weekends. Great benefits/PTO package.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments
- Inputting medical history
- Answer phone calls
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow in the office
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical scheduling and appointment setting
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
