A Account Manager at Velociti Services will act as a facility service liaison for high-profile clients, prioritizing client satisfaction, promoting new services, setting targets, and ensuring healthy relationships exist between Velociti Services and its customers. They also follow up on complaints and questions from clients and present their performance to management and will oversee and manage client relationships and partnerships on a national basis for Velociti Services.
