We are seeking a dynamic, determined, and experienced Manager of Sales Account Management to lead our newly established Sales Account Management team. As the Manager of Sales Account Management, you will lead and guide a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve sales targets and foster strong client relationships. In this role, you will oversee a team, develop and execute team plans, and drive business development initiatives. This role is a hybrid position, working out of our Denver office at least once a week.

You will report directly to the VP of Sales Development & Account Managers.

You Will:

• Lead and mentor a team of sales account managers - providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews with the team to ensure targets are being met or exceeded.
• Identify opportunities for sales process improvement and lead initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a point of escalation for critical client issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
• Post onboarding, manage new and existing accounts by leveraging all necessary levers to maximize efficient growth.
• Drive business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.

You Have:

• 7 years of experience in account management or sales within SaaS
• 3 years in a GTM Leadership role
• Experience leading a team of five or more employees
• Ability to forecast accurately on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Highly analytical and numbers-oriented.
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics, KPIs, and unit economics.
• Strong evaluation skills along with execution savvy.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or related field preferred.
