Responsibilities

• Consistently reach out and follow up with leads/ clients
• Invest your time and effort into leads/ clients to help them with their Real Estate Goals
• Assist buyers through all aspects of the home buying process, from contract to close
• Study the local market and surrounding areas to be a beacon of knowledge for your leads/clients
• Learn how to Self Generate Business and become the Best Real Estate Agent Possible

Qualifications

• Self-Motivation and drive.
• Ability to learn new tools, systems, tech, and media
• Excellent communication skills
• Top-notch time management skills
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Compensation$120,000 at plan commission

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $99,335.00 - $108,387.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 per week
