What You’ll Do:

As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will take on the day-to-day responsibilities for administering and strategically implementing human resources programs and policies in your territory. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with leadership on various aspects, including workforce planning, labor and management relations, performance management, organizational development, and talent management. Moreover, you will offer guidance to leadership, directors, managers, and supervisors on the application of pertinent human resource policies and procedures.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, forging strong professional relationships to deliver HR solutions.
  • Support the performance management process ensuring proactive handling of the performance management process and progressive counseling.
  • Champion change management and rally support for successful change implementation.
  • Effectively resolve employee relations issues, while upholding the company's vision, values, and beliefs.
  • Maintain ownership of HR business partner processes for analytical review.
  • Support leadership in providing effective leadership development through coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state/local reporting requirements.
  • Provide key business data analysis and recommendations to effectively communicate HR products, services, and programs (benefits, compensation practices, orientation, and talent management).
  • Communicate the organization's reward and retention philosophy, closely aligning promotion and reward decisions with the business unit's performance.
  • Utilize Excel and HR analytics tools to collect, analyze, and report HR metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass post offer drug test.

Compensation:

  • Exempt position with a salary range of $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Full-time role.
