• Hours - 7a- 3p / Call Hours: 3p- 7a
• Schedule - 4 weeks on/ 1 week off
• Call scheduled - Every 4th night
• Type of cases required - General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, OB/ GYN, Podiatry
• Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (case logs required)
• Certifications Required - ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Number of providers during the day - 5
• Number of OR's- 3
