VeloSource has a CRNA Opportunity in LaGrange, IN

• Hours - 6:30a-3p / Call hours: 3p- 6:30a
• Schedule - 2 weeks on/ 1 week off
• Call schedule - call every other night, and the weekend between the 2 weeks for OR only, not OB call or patients
• Types of cases required - ENDO, OB, PEDS, URO, Trauma, Ophthalmology, General, GYN, ORTHO
• Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (case logs required)
• Certifications Required - ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Number of providers during the day - 2
• Number of OR's- 2
