Job Description – Senior Account Executive New Business

We are looking for a New Business Account Executive (AE) - a tenacious individual with substantial drive and enthusiasm – who wants to work at the cutting edge of the data security industry. The role is perfect for someone inherently curious; a person that loves what they do, and who devours information related to their field to which they operate, their profession and their craft; they read about, enthuse about it, and talk with passion to whoever will listen.
As a Senior AE, you will be responsible for unearthing and understanding customers' business needs and effectively communicating how Velotix's solutions can address those needs, which requires a creating and innovative mind that thinks ‘well’ outside the box, bringing data security out of the server room and into the boardroom. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive revenue growth by providing consultative guidance, high level product overviews and drive general brand awareness. Your role is instrumental in building; trusted customer relationships, and a qualified pipeline of legitimacy and substance…you are effectively entrusted with building this very critical market for Velotix, as such we will hire very carefully…be that person!

Package
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, network, industry knowledge and track record...("buy cheap buy twice")
Commission: 50/50 split
Stock options: again, depending on experience, network, industry knowledge and track record
