World acclaimed, chef Richard Sandoval’s Venga Venga restaurant is looking for an outgoing Restaurant Manager capable of showing strong leadership, a great work ethic and unstoppable drive while taking care of guests in a vibrant, inviting restaurant.
We are looking for an individual who has a true love for hospitality, as well as top notch food and beverage. If this sounds like you, then we would love to have you join our team!
The job will include directing the flow of service and ensuring guest satisfaction; creating a strong beverage / bar program;
supervising, training and scheduling all floor staff; and consistently ensuring the standard of excellence for the restaurant is met or exceeded.
This manager will be required to fulfill all daily, weekly and other duties and responsibilities of the position. Experience managing a busy restaurant and running a bar program is a plus.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities :
You can expect to have 2 days off and in return we expect a minimum 50-55 hour work week.

QUALIFICATIONS : Must have at least a high school diploma or GED. Previous F&B experience is required with at least 2 years of Assistant Manager experience or above.
Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated. Must have good organizational, time management and sales skills.
Good communication skills both written and verbal. Position requires sitting, handling, eye-hand coordination, walking, standing, stooping, and kneeling.
This position may on occasion be required to assist with set up which may require the lifting, carrying, pulling or pushing of approximately 21 50 pounds.
