Position Overview:
As our Full-Time Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing daily schedules, calendars and appointments.
Drafting and editing legal correspondence and documents with attention to detail.
Handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Maintaining electronic and physical case files.
Assist with billing and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a legal setting
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
