Position Summary
Working under minimal supervision, manage the UW activities of Insured Solutions PEO/MGA. This includes ensuring that Underwriting standards of Vensure and the partner Carriers are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in Carrier/Parent audits.
• Ensure that field UWs are adhering to standards and submitting quality accounts and submission information to the carriers.
• Regular participation in parent company UW Council.
• Referral of accounts from field outside of their authority levels. Refer accounts beyond authority to Vensure Mgt.
• Exclusive UW and pricing responsibilities for large deductible policies.
• Close working relationships with Vensure and IS Loss Control
• Training sessions, as needed
• Special Projects, as assigned
• Reporting to IS and Vensure Sr UW Management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Field UWs report to this individual.
• Pricing and UW audits of field Underwriters.

Education & Experience

• 5-10 years of Workers Compensation background. Preferably with/within PEO organizations.
• Experience working within MGA and/or Carrier environments.
