Responsibility:

• Process Purchase Order Receipt and Bill Entry
  • Verify material was purchased at correct price.
  • Verify the correct weight per package was received.
  • Match the Purchase Order to Sales Order
  • If the material has inland freight match to Purchase Order and verify the amount billed matches Inland Freight quote
  • Any difference in Cost, Weight, or Inland Freight to be disputed.
• Post Sales Orders to Account Receivable
  • Confirm all Bills have been received.
  • Confirm Ocean Freight has been entered if necessary.
  • Confirm Courier Bill if necessary.
  • Verify all Bills Associated with the Sales Order have been matched to the Sales Order
• Enter Bills into Accounts Payable
  • Inland Freight
  • Ocean Freight
  • Couriers
  • Other Bills
• Enter Bills into Cash Flow Excel
  • Maintain Cash Flow Excel
• Gather Bills to be paid on a weekly basis for processing.
  • ACH
  • Checks
• Enter Customer Payments in Accounts Receivable
• Print Reports
  • AR
  • Sales
  • Commission Due
• File all above paperwork.
