POSITION TYPE: Full Time. Direct Hire. Onsite. PAY: $60,000 to $65,000 annually based on education / skills.
Requirements of the GL Accountant:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other relevant degrees. Knowledge of GAAP.
• Entry level: 2-3 years of Corporate Accounting work experience.
• Ability to reconcile bank accounts, expense reports, and general ledger accounts.
• Familiar with month end closing process. Exposure to creating and entering journal entries.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable accounting processes.
• Person who enjoys working with numbers. Ability to spot and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Good technically with computer systems, MS Office including Word and Excel.
