While existing team members at the community will always be considered first, we're excited to discuss onsite positions with all interested candidates to ensure we're finding a great match for the Venterra Experience !This role will require weekend availability. While excellent customer service experience is required there is a strong preference for lease-up professionals that have a proven track record in luxury lease-up or new construction leasing experience.
Venterra Lease Up Consultants enjoy competitive hourly pay renewal bonuses & enhanced lease up commissions up to $200 per lease.

They use multiple platforms and methods to determine the needs of the potential resident, meet those needs with the perfect apartment, and confidently close the sale. Whether they are finding a home for a potential resident or helping an existing resident, they aim to provide exceptional experiences and make a lasting positive impression.
