While existing team members at the community will always be considered first, we're excited to discuss onsite positions with all interested candidates to ensure we're finding a great match for the Venterra Experience!
This role will require EPA Universal or Type II HVAC certification, previous multi-family lease up warranty experience, rotating on-call availability, effective verbal and written communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members, and on-call availability. The ideal candidate will find the most success in this role when they can balance the administrative processes with our cutting-edge technology.
Venterra Lease Up Maintenance Managers enjoy competitive hourly pay 20% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.
Our Lease Up Maintenance Managers provide quality service to our residents, supervise our maintenance teams, and are responsible for prioritizing, scheduling, and monitoring daily maintenance activities, as well as overseeing the warranty schedule of the physical assets, scheduling of warranty maintenance repairs, assigning apartment make-readies, and preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for their community. They maintain an adequate inventory of supplies for repairs and operate within budgeted amounts, making good financial decisions.
